International Conference on Frailty and Sarcopenia Research (ICFSR), Miami Beach, March 2018

The 2018 ICFSR meeting in Miami Beach was stacked with interesting presentations and posters. An early highlight was Dr. Linda Fried's keynote talk on the history and future of frailty research. Many colleagues from Johns Hopkins presented excellent talks and posters on their frailty related research. I gave a talk titled "Comparing objective and self-reported measures of frailty among community-dwelling older adults: a pilot study," and received some great feedback from those who attended. Looking forward to next year's conference, to be held in Miami Beach again in Feb 2019.
